Depending on your tier, you’ll get access to premium merchandise, special product drops, and other surprises in limited quantities — plus a chance to join our inner circle and help shape what’s next.
Why the change? We want to get closer to our most dedicated fans and learn what you actually want and like so we can make better food for you. That means more ways to earn beyond clipping points from wrappers:

When does the new tiered program launch?
January 1st, 2027. You’ll be automatically enrolled based on your current point total — no action needed.
do i need to do anything to join?
Nope — if you’re already a Club Rojo member, you’re automatically part of the new program.
why are we changing?
Because you’re the reason Club Rojo exists! We want to make the program even more rewarding for our biggest fans while giving you more opportunities to connect with Red’s. The new Club Rojo is about more than collecting points — it’s about getting to know what you love, what you want to see next, and how we can make Red’s even better.
how do i get involved in product taste tests and feedback forums?
Eligible members will get invitations via email as opportunities open up — the more active you are in Club Rojo, the more chances you’ll have to weigh in.

how do i know what tier i’m in?
Log in to your account to see your point total and progress toward the next one. Your tier is based on your current point total:
- Rookie Rojo (1-500)
- Burrito Boss (501-1200)
- Club Rojo Elite (1200-2000)
- Red’s Legend (2001+)
what’s the difference between rookie rojo and the other tiers?
Higher tiers unlock better perks: bigger rewards, early access to special releases, exclusive limited-edition drops, and more opportunities to shape future products. The more you engage, the faster you move up.
how do i move up a tier?
Keep clipping points from wrappers and cartons, plus earn points through new activities like writing product reviews, completing surveys, building your consumer profile, and joining special Club Rojo activities.
can i lose my tier status?
Yes — tiers aren’t permanent. Keep engaging to move up, but redeeming points for rewards can also move you back down a tier if it drops your total below a threshold. The more active you are, the better your reward options stay.

do i lose the points i’ve already earned?
No — your existing points carry over and count toward your new tier placement.
is the club rojo store still around?
Yes! You can still redeem points for select items year-round & will be eligible for limited edition drops and special events.
what are the limited-edition rewards?
Periodic drops of premium merchandise, special product releases, and other surprises available in limited quantities. Access depends on your tier — higher tiers get earlier or exclusive access.
what if i’ve been saving for a particular item and i no longer see it?
Club Rojo rewards will continuously rotate, so not every item will be available all the time. We’ll be refreshing the store with new, exciting items as they become available. Your tier status will unlock access to new and exclusive rewards along the way. If you’ve had your eye on something in the current store, be sure to redeem it by December 31, 2026 before the new Club Rojo program launches.
what if i really want an item and don’t have enough points?
You can always purchase items in our store if you don’t want to wait to collect enough points!
